Our bouquets can be used as arrangements as well by being placed as centrepieces or merely used as hand held bouquets. 

Delivery Related

Your queries related to shipping and delivery

Your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days from the day of the order placement. All subscription orders are delivered on Saturdays. 

Our delivery-people are out delivering from about 9am until about 9pm. Currently, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time slot. 

Currently we do not offer same day. However, we offer specific day delivery. 

You need to place an order at least 2 days before the desired delivery date. A handwritten gift message card can be added.

We ship all over Bangalore.

Yes! We ship all across Bangalore. 

If the you/recipient are not at home at the time of delivery, we will call you to ask you if we can leave the flowers securely at your property, with the security or neighbour. If not, the flowers will be brought back to Rooted Gifts and we will contact you to arrange a redelivery. 

For flowers:

Once in a week plan- 4 deliveries per month

Twice in a month plan - Two deliveries per month. 

For plants:

One delivery per month. 

Cancellations, returns and refunds

 You can cancel a subscription anytime by contacting us at connect@rootedgifts.com or call/whatsapp us at 9880799700.

 

You will get a full refund and it will be processed within 5-7 working days from the time of your order cancellation and it will be issued to the original source of payment.

For subscriptions, refund shall be processed for remaining deliveries on a pro-rata basis.

Please note that banks might take an additional 3-5 days to refund the amount on your card.

We cannot accept returns as our products are perishable in nature.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will give you the choice of a free replacement at our next available delivery date, or a refund. 

General Questions

Your flowers arrive in a box that has been designed to keep them safe in transit. Your box will contain a bunch of flowers (as per your order), a flower food packet, liquid sanitiser packet, flower care note and a Gift message card(depending on your order). The hand tied bouquets are burlap wrapped to ensure they are intact and fresh!

Your plant will come potted in a basic plastic pot. Please note we use only recyclable plastic pots. 

Your flowers will be mostly sent out in bud form meaning they will last longer.

No, the vase is not included in your order. 

Don't worry! This can happen as during transit, the flowers have not recieved the required nutrition. Once you put them in water, they'll revive and be fresh again. 

Small amounts of natural variations in terms of color and size can occur due to the nature of the product. 

Our flowers are super fresh! (as they are cut to order). They usually last over a week, especially if you follow the flower care advice!

We can personalize your order with a gift message which handwritten to add a for a personal touch.

The majority of our flowers are grown in and around Karnataka. Some flowers are grown in our very own farms! We are proudly ‘going local’. Very occasionally we source something a little more exotic, just so we can add variety to our existing options.

No.  As long as your plant still has room to grow in its original pot, and looks happy and healthy, you don’t need to repot! However, you can place the potted plant into a decorative pot. 

We're an e-commerce business and we take our orders through our website.

We would be very happy to collect your old boxes and reuse them if you hand them over to us while collecting your next order. Being environment friendly is our ongoing purpose! 

Occasionally. Sometimes the more delicate flowers need a little plastic cover around their heads to stop them getting damaged in transit. The flowers come from the growers with the plastic .So there's no sense in taking them off partway through their journey. We're trying to work out a solution to this and suggest our growers. Please do get in touch if you have any ideas or know someone who can help!
